Local People, Genuine Care

SaS Support Solutions Shepparton (SaS) was founded with one simple belief — that every person with a disability deserves access to high-quality, compassionate support that truly reflects their individual needs, goals, and aspirations.

Based right here in Shepparton, we understand the local community. We know the services, the networks, and the people — and that local knowledge makes a real difference to the participants and families we support.

Our team is made up of experienced, qualified professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives every single day. We work alongside participants, their families, carers, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred support.

Our Core Values

Person-Centred Care & Empowerment — We place participants at the centre of every decision, supporting their independence, confidence, and control over their own lives. Their goals, preferences, and choices guide all supports.

Respect, Dignity & Inclusivity — We honour every individual's rights, culture, identity, and lived experience. Our services are delivered with compassion, understanding, and cultural safety, ensuring everyone feels valued and included.

Integrity, Quality & Transparency — We commit to honest communication, accountability, and consistently high standards of care. Our practices meet and exceed NDIS requirements, ensuring safe, reliable, and professional support.

📞 Not Sure If You're Eligible?

The NDIS is available to Australians under 65 with a permanent and significant disability. Eligibility is assessed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
